Intention Inference From Multimodal Data For Human-Robot Interaction (PhD)

My research is focused on the development of intuitive and efficient human-robot interfaces (HRI) which should enable robots and humans to co-work together in close proximity and improve the overall task performance. My PhD project is focused on the analysis of multiple sources of information (e.g. human brain activity and eye movements) in order to infer the intention of the human and so allowing the robot to take appropriate actions without receiving any explicit commands.
